I've been telling stories all my life. Written, spoken and photographed. Telling people's stories is what I'm passionate about. I specialise in weddings because I want to catch the magic that's right there waiting to be seen. It's hard to think of another time in people's lives where such strong emotions can be seen from you, your friends and family all in one place. It's a day that's as unique as you are and that's what excites me. I see weddings as the end of one adventure and simultaneously the beginning of a new one, and like a photograph, a wedding is a blip in time between one reality and the next. I get to be there to capture it; the energy from two people committing themselves to each other forever...
Where are you located? Do you charge a travel fee for weddings not in your location?
I'm based in Edinburgh, Scotland but I'm happy to travel for a wedding. Outside of the UK travel expenses will need to be covered in the price of the wedding. Usually this is accommodation for 3 nights plus flights/trains.
How long have you been in business? How many weddings have you photographed as the main photographer?
I've been in business since 2011 and have photographed over 100 weddings as the main photographer
Describe your "style" of wedding photography.
My style is bright, colourful and lively. I like to capture the connections between people at weddings and blend those images into a story. My portrait work is a mix of editorial and lifestyle with a very relaxed approach to creating the images. I like to use colour, shadow and layers to create interesting and engaging images.
What's the typical wedding coverage package that you offer? What is the price?
£1999 - Two talented photographers for as long as you need us, pre-wedding session, up to 500 images
or
£1499 - One photographer for as long as you need me, up to 400 images
