I just want to tell stories. I love things that are real and honest.. And I believe that shows in my work. I think I gravitate to that which is timeless, like the moments of joy and tears. I do realize that weddings are about the couple getting married and their romantic love. But I love capturing all the relationships at weddings. I find value in the whole of it. I think that there is so much love to be found in other relationships, too. And I want to see those moments between sisters or grandparents or children or best friends, just as much as the bride and bride, bride and groom, or groom and groom.

Where are you located? Do you charge a travel fee for weddings not in your location?
I am located in Wisconsin. I travel within a two and a half hour radius, from my home, without a travel fee. My travel fees, outside that radius, vary, but they remain comparable to the price of gas and a hotel room.
How long have you been in business? How many weddings have you photographed as the main photographer?
I have been in business for fourteen years. I have lost count of the exact amount of weddings that I've photographed, as the main photographer. But I think it averages to about twenty a year.
Is there anything else you'd like to share about yourself?
I love old-timey Texas singer songwriters like Townes Van Zandt and Guy Clark. My celebrity crush is Lena Headey. My favorite characters in novels are Albus Dumbledore, The Little Prince, and The Alchemist. But really, Dumbledore is my favorite. Also, I am an Aquarius.
