We're located in Porto, a gorgeous city in the north of Portugal, but we're willing to travel anywhere you want us to be! We have set travel fees for Portugal, and if you want to bring us anywhere else, we'll work out a travel budget!

At Luminous, we like to mix fine-art with photojournalism. We want your day to be light and fun, and to represent it in its most magical way. We love couples that are adventurous and fun, and we're an LGBTQI*-friendly brand!
My typical coverage includes 11 hours and starts at 3350€, with two photographers. It includes an unlimited amount of hand edited photos, high-res delivery and a complimentary, pre-wedding session! If you have something else in mind, do contact me — we can chat and I can budget specifically for your day!
We typically use Skype if our couples are from outside of Porto, and if they're in town, we'll invite them over for coffee at our family's patisserie!
I live in Porto with my wife, Melanie, and our cats, Alice and Alba. I'm part of a big family and I absolutely love it! I'm talkative and enthusiastic, and I'll go anywhere for a good plate of food — which I suspect is a very Portuguese thing to say. I value empathy and connection to my clients; I want to be able to dedicate myself fully to the couples who choose me to register their special day, so I do a limited amount of weddings per year.

My husband and I had several conversations with Anna before the big day discussing everything from our ‘must have’ shots, to the wedding program and timing, to potential locations where we could shoot. Anna is very knowledgeable about the region and had many good suggestions for where we could capture the natural beauty of the coast as well as some of the famous blue and white tiles Read More in the background of our shoot. In spite of some challenging weather, we got our shoot done and were very happy with the results. Anna and team also captured lots of candid photos of our guests and the bridal party throughout the evening. We liked the antique feel / finish of the photos as a final product and were proud to be able to share them with our guests and family as part of the great memories of our wonderful day.
