Chetana Bhat

I was born and raised in a small coastal village in Goa, surrounded by beaches, nature and simplicity. My journey has taken me far and wide - after quitting my BSc in my second year, I moved to Mumbai, where I worked for a decade as a technical professional at Wipro & UK based Hutch company. I later spent 3 years in Pune embracing a new role in soft skills coach. However, it was my return to Goa that brought me back to my roots and to my first love from college, whom I married for 10 years and blessed with a baby girl. 
 
Photography found me during a phase when I was applying for international jobs, simply as a way to stay creatively engaged. But once I picked up the camera, there was no turning back. It became a way for me to tell stories, capturing moments in their purest forms. 
 
My photography style is minimal and unobtrusive, allowing real emotions to unfold naturally in front of the lens. Sometimes, I embrace moody tones, but my work mostly gravitates towards vibrant, dynamic colors that bring out the energy, emotions of the moment & people I photograph.
