Growing up in a Polish household in French Canada allowed me to quickly learn and adapt to new surroundings, as well as be able to read people's expressions before even understanding their language. To this day, connecting to people in that way drives me in my work and knowing that I can lay their emotions onto a photo is the ultimate gift.
I am located in Paris, France. Within Paris, I do not charge a travel fee. If you would like me to shoot your wedding elsewhere, travel and lodging expenses are the client's responsibility.
I have been shooting weddings for 6 years and shoot about 10 weddings per year.
Documentary style with a touch of artistic fun!
The typical package covers the wedding day from the preparation (morning) to around 1am. This package includes all the images as well as a slideshow of about 100 images telling the story of your wedding. This package costs 2600 euros. You can see all my packages here : www.dagmarabojenko.com/wedding-collections
I do not have a studio space, but always meet my clients either in a café, at their home, or via Skype, at least once if not twice before the wedding day.
I have a degree in Photography and Digital Imaging from Concordia University (Canada). I also have a certificate in documentary photography and iconography from the Estienne school in Paris. I have taken part in many workshops on wedding photography in France, Germany and Italy.
I approach every wedding as a love story that I want to know and love, so getting to know you is essential in my work!
