I'm a big animal lover thanks to my German Shepherd and fluffy rescue cat. I watch too many Netflix series at once and I can't help buying house plants when I see them.
My style is mostly documentary with a huge focus on storytelling, which allows you to relive your wedding day through your photos. I also love to do something a bit more creative now and again!
My approach to photographing a wedding is really relaxed. I'm mostly unobtrusive, but I do like to get involved, chat to your guest, have fun and get stuck right in on the dance floor! I pride myself on being as discreet as I can, whilst still capturing shots that put you right back in the moment.
I'm located in Yorkshire but I'll happily travel all over the UK! Travel in the North of England is included in my packages but for weddings over 2.5 hours drive from Huddersfield, I'll need to add £100 to cover travel and accommodation the night before.
I've been shooting weddings since 2018 and I've already lost count but it's easily over 50.
90% documentary with a quick & easy portrait session and a few family groups thrown in!
My most popular package is The Top Cat which is a full day (up to 10 hours) for £1950 and the best way to tell the story of your day!
I don't have a studio but I'm more than happy to arrange a zoom call. I love to get to know my couples and speak face-to-face!
Way back in 2010 I studied photography at A-Level and then went on to get a BA(Hons) Photography degree at university. I love learning and I'm a firm believer in investing in myself and my business and pushing myself to try new things. Recently I invested in a course run by Two Mann Studios and it's really helped to develop my skills and approach and create more interesting work.
I'm a huge animal lover! I used to foster cats for my local charity (which is where mine came from). I'm currently working with them to create portraits of their cats in foster for a 2023 calendar which will raise money for the rescue.
