I was born and raised in Thessaloniki. Soon after an old camera came into my hands, I started to work with photography. I was fascinated by the images of Josef Koudelka, Garry Winogrand and many others. Since then, I have been experimenting for hours in the darkroom displaying and printing black and white photographs, which I still love today.
Nowadays, photography is my professional occupation. I like to photograph anthropocentrically and to highlight the intensity of emotions and relationships in an image. Every job that I undertake is an event that I participate in person. I am looking to capture spontaneous images and snapshots and play with natural light. I pursue to photograph joy, laughter, emotions, a hug, or a nice party.
When I do not photograph professionally, I seek to travel to different places and discover the daily life, customs and traditions of the people I meet
