With more than 20 years of experience as an award-winning photojournalist, I bring my expertise for visual story-telling to every wedding and celebration. My coverage area includes all of New Jersey, NYC, Long Island, Hudson Valley and Connecticut, as well as destination weddings. I love diversity, and have photographed dozens of LGBT weddings, Indian and Orthodox weddings, and other unique ceremonies.
My philosophy is simple: I don't do much directing or posing, but prefer to let moments unfold naturally in true documentary style. I capture what you feel, and my clients describe my images as fun, fresh, and forever. I look forward to speaking with you about your big day!
I'm located in North Jersey, but will travel anywhere. My rates include any event within a 60 mile radius of North Jersey/NYC area.
I've been a photographer since last century! I was the photo editor at my college paper and honed my photojournalism skills in the editorial world for many years, winning more than a few awards along the way. I started shooting weddings in 2006 while still working full-time as a newspaper photojournalist, and made the jump to start my own business in 2008. I've shot over 100 weddings as the lead since then.
It's all about the moments. Big ones, subtle ones, and everything in-between. I tell your story in pictures, and look for beautiful light along the way. My goal is for you to feel all the emotions of the day all over again every time you look at your photographs. I am very unobtrusive, and treat your day with gratitude and respect.
My collections include myself, an assistant, digital files and an album. They range from $1500 (elopement) to $6000+, depending on the number of hours and type of album. All collections can be customized to fit your needs and budget.

B.S. in Journalism with a concentration in photography. Past-president and life member of New Jersey Press Photographers Association; member of National Press Photographers and on the scholarship selection committee for NPPA Foundation, I have continued learning throughout my career, and attend at least one workshop and conference every year. Last year I went to Cuba as part of a cultural exchange in photography. I've branched out to shoot and edit video and enjoy producing multimedia projects.
