A Story About Solitude

Every time I enter Maria's rooms, the objects are meticulously arranged in the same places. Maria lives in extreme solitude because some of her family members are gone. I spend time with her, listening to her memories.
This is a project dedicated to the loneliness of the elderly, who are often forgotten and left to themselves, who often fall into depression precisely because they would like some company or even just help to go shopping, or visit the doctor. This project is dedicated to Maria, who I'm trying to help in telling her story through photography.
