Information for Members
+ YOUR FEARLESS PROFILE
Each Fearless member has a unique Fearless profile that displays:
- name of your business
- your face photo which must be a 300 x 300 square photo: Face Photo Requirements
- your location must be in the country that you actually live in.
- your phone number. This is optional. We do not recommend that you display your phone number because of spam calls.
- your Facebook link and Instagram link. These are optional.
- your website link.
- your "Fearless Awards" number. This is the number of Fearless Awards you've earned since you started your Fearless membership
- your "Contact" form is for clients to send you an Enquiry to your email. The Fearless Admin checks the email before forwarding it to you. We delete as many scam emails as we can but we can't catch them all. If you receive a suspicious Enquiry, use your best judgement to decide to reply or not. (Your email address is not displayed on the Fearless site so you will not get any direct emails from clients).
- your "Artist Statement" is a statement about you, your business, or your approach and anything you want visitors to know.
- there are some optional Questions & Answers for you to answer to let visitors know more about you.
- a video about your business is optional. This must be a link to one video.
- your Portfolio Gallery contains up to 50 photos of your choice. Your Fearless Awards, Honorable Mentions, and Photos of the Week photos are automatically added to your portfolio in addition to your 50 photos.
MEMBER ADMIN PAGE
Log in to your own Member Admin Page to make changes to your Fearless profile. Your changes will be active within 24-48 hours.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Display recommendations from recent clients on your Fearless profile. Send this Recommendation Form link directly to your clients. You may fill out this Recommendation form on behalf of your client as long as the client really made this recommendation on another site already.
FEATURED COUPLES
Add links of your recent wedding blog posts to your Fearless profile. Add them through your Member Admin Page.
FEARLESS AWARDS
As a member, you may enter your best images to be considered for Fearless Awards through the latest Entry Form.
AVAILABILITY REQUESTS
When clients make an Availability Request that matches your primary location and price, you will receive a notification email. Then you can respond that you've available and wait for the client to contact you. See all current Availability Requests.
