2025 SCHEDULE FEARLESS AWARDS



There are 8 Collections of Fearless Awards in 2025:

Collections 88 & 89 - Entry Form opens on February 1. Entries are free before end of February 15.

Collections 90 & 91 - Entries are free before end of May 15

Collections 94 & 95 - Entries are free before end of August 15

Collections 96 &97 - Entries are free before end of November 15

"2025 FEARLESS PHOTOGRAPHER OF THE YEAR" COMPETITION

At the end of 2025, a special competition will be held to determine the 2025 Fearless Photographer of the Year.

Details about this special competition will be announced later in 2025.

Fearless Awards recognize outstanding wedding photographs that showcase the very best work by professional photographers in our community. Judged by esteemed members of Fearless Photographers, these competitions ensure fairness, as judges do not participate in the collections they review.

Meet The Judges

Submission Guidelines (Short Version):

Submit up to 6 photos per collection.

Photos must be your original work, from any year.

File format: JPEGs, 3:2 or 1:1 ratio, longest side ~2000 pixels.

Entries can be from weddings or photo sessions.

Avoid submitting duplicates of your previous Fearless Awards or imitations of others' work.

Only single-exposure photos are allowed, free of extensive digital manipulation.

Judges prioritize photos that excel in:

Light: Creating atmosphere and mood.

Composition: Arranging elements beautifully.

Moment: Capturing the perfect instance.

Originality: Standing out with uniqueness.

Creativity: Employing innovative techniques.

Authenticity: Showcasing believable emotions.

Importance: Highlighting significant moments or rituals.

Prohibited Digital Manipulations:

Combining multiple exposures or adding elements like logos, text, or effects.

Altering shapes in silhouettes.

Duplicating or relocating parts of the image.

Allowed Adjustments:

Burning/dodging and basic exposure, color, and contrast tweaks.

Cloning for cleanup that maintains scene consistency.

Skin-smoothing or body edits (not on silhouettes).
